Two Queen of Angels' Regional Catholic School Students Earn Prestigious Neumann Scholarships
This marks in the third year in a row Queen of Angels students have won
Today, Mrs. Meghan Corr from the Connelly Foundation visited Queen of Angels Regional Catholic School to
award a Neumann Scholarship to eighth graders, Lauren Martin and Lily Swider. This prestigious scholarship provides a full four year tuition scholarship to a student to attend any Archdiocesan high school of their choice. To be considered for this scholarship a student must meet rigorous academic criteria to be able to sit for the test and then perform exceptionally well on the scholarship exam. This marks Queen of Angels' fourth Neumann Scholar in three years. Queen of Angels had 12 students this year in the eighth grade class of 25 that qualified to sit for the test.
We are thrilled for Lauren and Lily and extremely grateful to the Connelly Foundation for their belief and support of Catholic education.
