WILLOW GROVE, PA — A Willow Grove man was seriously injured Wednesday night when his go-cart flipped over at a Halloween Parade in New Jersey, police said.

Harold Oswald, 80, is listed in critical but stable condition at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, with a skull fracture, Jillian Messina of the Toms River Police Department said Thursday.

Oswald was driving the miniature gas-powered cart along the Toms River parade route and while performing various maneuvers in the road, lost control of the cart. It tipped over and he was thrown from the cart and hit his head on the road, she said.
