Willow Grove Students Compete In State Competition

Nineteen students from Eastern Center for Arts and Technology (EASTERN) in Willow Grove competed at a competition last week.

The SkillsUSA State Competitions tested leadership proficiency and a variety of other skills.

The event took place from April 8-10 at the Hershey Convention Center.

National competitions, which will include winners from this event, will be held Jun 22-26 in Kansas City, Missouri.

SkillsUSA is a national student leadership organization that encourages students to be “productive individuals, work to their potential, become responsible, be proud of their accomplishments and supportive of their community.”
