Willow Grove Woman Tried To Steal $430 In Groceries: Cops
A Willow Grove woman is facing charges after she tried to steal $430 in groceries from the Warrington Wegman's, police say.
A Willow Grove woman was arrested on theft charges earlier this month after police said she tried to steal more than $430 worth of groceries from the Wegman's in Warrington.
According to police, officers were summoned to the market on Main Street in Warrington just after 5 p.m. on July 14 after a woman later identified as Victoria Lynn White, 48, tried to take $431.06 worth of merchandise out of the store without paying.
After an investigation, police charged White with retail theft and receiving stolen property.
