 Catching up on my reading I noticed this article by Paul Carpenter on page NEWS 18

about crosswalks in general & he mentioned LMT also !

Simply, he shows some of the more complexities involved.

Can you depend on the car driver to obey the law & risk your life ?

 I did not know that even if there is not a marked crosswalk in certain areas you are still required to give the pedestrian priority !  Many of course would, myself included, but some may not for many doubtful reasons.

So I guess like in many safety training sessions, it is always best to side on “ utmost caution ! “
