Accident on I-78 has Multiple Lanes Closed

UPDATE: Tweets are reporting that I-78 is also flooded at the Route 412 interchange.

A crash this afternoon on I-78 has shut down the two westbound lanes of traffic in Upper Saucon Township around mile marker 58.

Initial reports from WFMZ say the accident occurred around 3:20 this afternoon. A vehicle allegedly hit the median, and one person had to be extricated from the vehicle. As of 4pm, the two westbound lanes of traffic were closed due to the accident.
