2013 Toyota Venza Review

The 2013 Toyota Venza has it all with roominess of a large SUV with the style, comfort and handling of smaller crossovers. The Venza comfortable seats five passengers with ample leg and head room. The Venza comes with three trim levels -- the LE, XLE and Limited -- each with updated, stylish features for the 2013 edition. The 2013 Venza has a newly-redesigned front grille and both the headlights and foglights have been changed to provide more light for the driver while maintaining a slick look.
Toyota engines are known for their reliability and performance and the 2013 Venza is no different. The Venza comes with a four or six-cylinder engine with available all-wheel drive. The 4-cylinder Venza has a 2.7-liter engine that puts out 181 horsepower, which gives the engine better acceleration than many of its 4-cylinder competitors. The 6-cylinder engine is a high-performance 3.5-liter chassis that produces 268 horsepower. Both engines are built with a 6-speed automatic transmission with overdrive.
While the Toyota Venza produces the most horsepower of any crossover in its class, it maintains great fuel efficiency. The 4-cylinder Venza averages around 26 mpg on the highway, while its 6-cylinder counterpart gets from 23 to 25 mpg highway. The 2013 Venza features 19-inch alloy wheels on performance tires.
Toyota is a brand synonymous with safety and the 2013 Venza is one of the safest vehicles in his class with many standard safety features that aren't found in other cars. The cabin features seven airbages, including seat-mounted airbags and side curtain airbags that ensure the safety of the back passengers. The independent four-wheel suspension with speed sensitive steering and traction controls give the driver incredible control of the car during adverse weather. As with all vehicles, ABS brakes and stability control are standard.
Along with being spacious, the features of the cabin give the Venza a luxurious feel. Owners have the option of adding leather upholstery but the standard Venza comes with comfortable, soft cloth bucket seating with individual power controls for the front seats. The Venza comes with an in-dash CD player with MP3 capability with a port for mobile devices. Owners have the option of upgrading to an entertainment center in their console with internet access.
Overall, the 2013 Toyota Venza is at the top of the class when it comes to crossover vehicles. It provides the luxury and space of larger SUVs without sacrificing fuel economy.
