Wolle reportedly admitted being drunk and told officers he did not know where he was headed. He claimed he was living in his car with his dog. Wolle cried, asking the officers not to shoot his dog, according to police.

Wolle, eyes bloodshot and smelling of alcohol, was barely able to stand and had difficulty communicating, police say.

He was breath tested with a blood alcohol concentration of .20 percent, according to police, well above the legal limit of .08 percent.

“[I'm] already DUI suspended for like 20 more years, what is one more,” Wolle reportedly told police refusing to take a blood test at the Central Booking Center.

Wolle is scheduled to appear in court for a Preliminary Hearing on January 4th.
