The Baranzano Society is a dialogue group of academic scholars and healthcare professionals who explore the mutual and dynamic interchange between science and religion. The primary focus of the group's work is the investigation of contemporary issues in bioethics, with a view toward promoting critical discernment on the values of human life.
Our guest panelists will try to make sense of the
personal, legal, and ethical concerns associated with Physician’s Orders or Medical Orders
for Life Sustaining Treatments (POLST & MOLST), and “out-of-hospital DNR” orders.
