Lower Milford Fire Co. Cited for Alleged Liquor Code Violations
The state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement says that Lower Milford Fire Co. No. 1 sold alcohol to non-members twice in late 2012.

Lower Milford Fire Co. No. 1 sold alcohol to non-members on Nov. 10 and Dec. 21, in violation of the state liquor code, according to the state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement.
The charges will be brought before an administrative law judge, who has the authority to impose penalties for violations—$50 to $1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses, according to a bureau release.
The judge also has the authority to suspend or revoke the fire company’s liquor license or send the fire company for training on the requirements of having a liquor license in Pennsylvania, the release says.
