Get Ready to Sing the ‘Blues’ at Casa Toro

This week, businesses and organizations in the Lehigh Valley and around the world have been helping to raise awareness about autism by turning on blue lights as part of the Autism Speaks Light It Up Blue campaign.

Casa Toro Mexican Grill in Cooperburg is taking a different approach to the matter, hosting a special karaoke Autism Speaks fundraiser on April 7 from 5 to 9 p.m.

Customers are invited to eat, drink and sing in the bar, and 10 percent of their meal checks will be donated to Autism Speaks, according to a Casa Toro flyer about the event.

A special guest bartender, guest karaoke DJ and a Latin guitarist will be on hand to add to the festivities.
