Part of Liberty Road In Center Valley Closed Through Monday
A contractor working for PennDOT is doing drainage improvements on Liberty Road near the intersection with Main Street in Center Valley.

PennDOT has contracted with Grace Industries, Inc. to perform drainage improvements along a portion of Liberty Road at the intersection with Main Street in Center Valley, according to Thomas Beil, Upper Saucon Township Manager. Work began on Monday, October 31, and is expected to continue through Monday, November 7. This project is in conjunction with the Main Street Bridge Project, which has been completed and reopened as of Monday, October 31.
Liberty Road has been closed to through traffic since Monday, October 31. The closure will extend through Monday, November 7. Through traffic will be detoured via Main Street, Mill Road, and Robin Lane. Motorists are encouraged to allow extra time and use caution when traveling through work zones.
