LMT continued !

Sorry for bad spacing on first post - I am learning !           

So many stories to tell, but few know about and maybe for the overall good of LMT they should not know..

            From my extensive legal experiences also, it is many times what goes on

 “ behind the scenes “ that is most effective – do what you must do voluntarily to avoid much bad PR – some call it “ legal blackmail ! “

Then many other similar stories, so you should not be surprised by what is going on today in LMT – “ been there & done that “ – with success – but how long will it last ?

That is up to the many new people in the township – many of you included of course.

It did not just get this way – “ Jewel of Lehigh County “ – without so many devoted people in the past at much personal sacrifice.

You just have to live here for decades to really appreciate it more fully – the flora & fauna is just fantastic – everyday something new – helps when you have to pay the taxes !

Story time –

            Last Sunday 7 am out back in our meadow area again two [2] female deer grooming each other about the head & neck since they cannot get there themselves – one may be the fawn all grown up since the spring and the other the doe !

            Just does not get any better than that !

In my STS – NSF research I use the image of a ”  relay race, “ you go as far as you can and then must pass the baton to the next racer and then it is repeated until the race is over one way or another !

But for some perspective & context as one of the “ old timers “ in LMT, but not one of the”  real older old timers “ of many years earlier, I offer the following as some background & history so you can better appreciate where we “ have come from “ and where we “ may be going. “

As the famous saying goes, if you do not know history, you tend to repeat it and usually the worst parts, not the best.

Since bluegrass is so popular in LMT, the new # 1 bluegrass song for weeks and now the #1 bluegrass album of the year by Balsam Range is –

            “ If you do not know where you are going, any road will get you there ! “

A saying at one big company I worked for was –

            “ We do not know where we are going, but we are making good time ! “

Let us hope that the residents of LMT always know where they are going for the overall good of the township for the long term and that they find the people to help them find

 “ that road “ and stay on it !
