will seek to issue liens for around $160,000 in back taxes from , closed as of October 2011, and Locust Valley Golf Club and Pro Shop.

“It’s a substantial amount of money that we are owed,” said Township Manager Thomas Beil.

The taxes are based on the most recent filed tax return. Locust Valley only recent filed a return after several years without filing. Center Valley’s amount may come down after they have filed returns, which the company hasn't done in four years.

According to Beil, the owner of Center Valley Golf Club claims that the golf management company, Sierra Management in Doylestown, was supposed to pay the tax. However, the owner of Locust Valley is also the property manager, which Beil said could make him liable for the taxes.
