Lower Milford Fall Festival Goes on Without a Hitch
Despite low-hanging clouds, Lower Milford Fall Festival is saved from the rain.
Rain was in the forecast for Saturday, Sept. 24, but prayers were answered as the rolled out without a hitch at the township building.
Despite some minor issues with muddy fields and a few stuck vehicles, visitors enjoyed the cloudy day by browsing the various vendors who chose to participate in the event - the ninth year for the festival.
Free carriage rides, a roaming magician, scattered pumpkins and wonderful smells of smoking BBQ and other fried delicacies created an atmosphere true of a fall festival.

Inside the , photographs had been judged and were open for viewing, while some visitors skipped right along to the supervisors chambers, where a silent auction offered a variety of interesting goods up for bids.
