Family:  Married to Attorney John Hendrzak  I have 2 teenage boys, Jake and Brian and 2 yellow labs named Duncan and Buster 

Political party affiliation:  Democrat (cross-filed for the primary, so she will appear on both the Democratic and Republican ballot). 

Tell us about your educational background:

Associates Degree in Business Administration

Tell us about your professional/business background:

I am an Instructional Aide in Southern Lehigh School District. Prior to that I worked at Prudential for 15 years as a Group Contract Coordinator.

 Why are you running for District Judge?

I was approached by some individuals in law enforcement and other community leaders.  I believe in a sense of service to the community whether it’s running for office, volunteering in the schools or volunteering in our local community organizations.  I believe the best person for this job is someone who is unbiased, honest, has common sense, not afraid of hard work and is committed to doing what is best for the community.  I  believe I possess these qualities. 

What qualifies you to serve as District Judge? (Did you take the required training course? Did you pass the examination?)

I am currently enrolled to take the training course starting on June 3.

What sets you apart from the other candidates for the job?

I bring an unbiased approach to the office.  I will not bring a one sided perspective to the bench like some of my opponents.  I am open minded.  I will bring a woman’s perspective to the job as I am the only woman running for this position.  I have extensive experience with our youth through my involvement with the schools and community organizations.  I am honest and have integrity.  I will be firm but fair.

How much are you spending to run? How is your campaign being funded?

Approximately $3,500.  Campaign is being funded by private contributions and self-financing.
