Patch Candidate Questionnaires Due Thursday

Patch reminds candidates for Upper Saucon Township supervisor and Southern Lehigh School Board to return their questionnaires by 5 p.m. Thursday.

In the school board race, eight candidates are running for four seats. The field includes four incumbents and four challengers. All eight candidates are cross-filed.

In the supervisors race, four candidates—all Republicans—are running for one open seat. Supervisor John E. Gilda is not seeking re-election.

The questionnaire replies will be posted next week and also used for the Upper Saucon Patch 2013 primary voters guide.

Primary election day is Tuesday, May 21.
