
Boys Varsity Baseball (8-4)
Boys Varsity Baseball hit their stride this week, winning three games and capturing first place in the Colonial League South Division. The boys took scheduled games against Wilson (9-8) and Bangor (10-7), as well as a rescheduled game against Northwestern Lehigh (9-4). The boys need to continue their winning ways to stay in first place, as second place Salisbury (7-4) nips at the Spartan heals.

Spartan Boys Tennis dealt Moravian Academy a crushing blow with by winning their match 3-2. The Moravian team (12-1) drops to second place by virtue of games played. Southern Lehigh and Moravian have now each won a game in their regular season match-ups.
A few rescheduled games are finishing up this week, including a match up of Wilson and Moravian, which could send the Colonial League South into a tie if Moravian prevails in this game. The results of these games will determine the ultimate rankings for Colonial League play. With a 13-1 record, the Spartan boys are assured of a seat in the tournament, which will determine the League Championship.

HS Track and Field (Boys 4-3, Girls 4-3)
SoLeHi Track participated in meets with Salisbury on Tueday and Catasauqua on Thursday. The boys team split, with a win against Salisbury and a loss to Catasauqua while the girls team won both meets. The girls and boys track team go up face Palmerton and Palisades during a tri-meet at Salisbury
Girls Varsity Softball (10-1)
The Southern Lehigh Girls Softball team is sitting in second place behind Saucon (9-0), who remains undefeated in League play. The Spartan girls face Notre Dame Green Pond and Palisades this week, while Saucon faces Salisbury and Wilson, as well as make-up games with Northern Lehigh and Palisades. With so many games still left to play, either SoLeHi or Saucon could end up on top.
Girls Soccer (8-2-1)
The Spartan Girls soccer team handed the Saucon Panthers their first Colonial League loss Monday with a single goal. The girls topped this with a 5-0 rout of Salisbury during a stadium game where Senior players were recognized. The girls performance has propelled them up the ladder in league standing. The SoLeHi girls will face always-tough Moravian on Monday and Wilson on Wednesday.
