TOPIC = SLSD BOARD SCHOOL PROPOSAL
1] Simply and briefly, after reviewing the documents and posts, it appears that the Southern Lehigh School District [SLSD] Board of Directors should just “ withdraw “ their present proposal until much further work is done so more serious consideration can be given to it.
2] A] LMT prepared a detailed report involving engineers that is posted on the LMT WWW. It notes many apparent serious issues, errors, inconsistencies, etc.

B] The SLSD Board has “ not responded to it “ with published specific details in writing as far as I am aware.
C] Also the SLSD Board will “ not even allow it to be presented “ at their meeting.

3] All the best for LMT always of course ! We have been thru a lot and this is another big issue, with more to come I am sure.
4] “ Sincere and heartfelt thanks “ to all who do so much in so many ways for the overall long term good of LMT, even if it never becomes public. It is much appreciated by many even though you may not know or hear about it.
5] In particular of course, such thanks to all those involved with this so excellent LMT report led by Supervisor Mike Snovitch.
7] However the LMT Supervisors did send a letter 02/03/14 to SLSD Board summarizing this report.
8] The report and letter are also posted on the LMT website.

9] The younger generations are the future. We need to offer them the best we can, but it has to be well planned / implemented and affordable of course !

P.S.
My credentials are on my new website –
Where are the credentials of the SLSD Board members posted ?
Will the mentioned SLSD solicitor legal professional opinion be posted ?
Will those of other lawyers involved ?
Verbal meetings are nice, but as many know it is only “ what is in writing “ that is legal.

Such complex decisions are all part of my decades of STS-NSF research of course with “ best practices “ to properly manage them.
“ Withholding important information “ is not a best practice obviously !
Both “ qualitative and quantitative “ data are involved in decisions.
But sometimes “ qualitative “ data are the deciding factor – e.g. simply is it profitable –
“ quantitative “: reasons - for you to send you children to college or do you do it for
“ qualitative “ reasons – you just want the best for them and not you ?
Again, appears lots of questions with few good answers, some very serious issues identified and some missing data for best decisions long term to be made
Nice to see some participation by others involved.
