19-Year-Old Arrested For Wendy's Robbery: Upper Southampton Police
Breaking: An arrest has been made in a March armed robbery at the local Wendy's.

An arrest has been made in a March armed robbery at the local Wendy's. Upper Southampton Township Police on Friday arrested a 19-year-old Southampton resident in connection with the March 12 armed robbery.
Gabriel Boerner is accused is accused of committing a robbery by threat of gun at the Wendy’s restaurant on Second Street Pike, police said.
Detectives were led to Boerner as a suspect; and DNA evidence directly linked him, police said.

Boerner was processed and then arraigned.
Bail was set at 10 percent of $100,000.00. He could not post bail and was subsequently transported to the Bucks County Correctional Facility by the constables.
