$70K Worth of Jewelry Reported Stolen From Northampton Home: Police

A burglar allegedly stole $70,000 worth of jewelry and $800 cash from a Northampton Township home on Wednesday, according to police.

Police say the forced residential burglary was reported on Virginia Drive, which is a block away from Northampton Municipal Park.

It happened between 8 a.m. and 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, when the home was “forcibly entered via a rear, first floor window,” Northampton Police said.
