The Landing of Southampton

Our company is a Senior Living community offering Personal Care and Memory Care services to seniors in Southampton and surrounding areas. This is very similar to Assisted Living. Our staff manages our residents’ meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner is served in our restaurant from 7am-7pm), housekeeping of their apartment, laundry, and all maintenance and utilities. The apartments include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options. For those requiring support with aspects of their daily care, we have on site care staff including nurses, caregivers, physical, occupational and speech therapists, and visiting Geriatric Care physicians/specialists. Our residents and their loved ones can have peace of mind and security knowing that our model supports aging in place and having your care come to you, while also promoting independence of our residents, which is so important to our seniors today. We boast and wide range of programming and events to encourage socialization between residents along with amenities including a bistro, movie theater, salon, gym, and more. While our care and activity programming are stellar, we feel our greatest “feature” is the homey, comfortable feel you get when you visit or live as a resident. Everyone supports one another, and when you’re here you’re treated like family. Our number one overall goal is to improve our senior’s quality of life any way we can.
