Wild Edible Plants Naturalist Program

Wild edible plants can be found in our own backyard and are not only free but very nutritious. This hands-on program will cover how to identify our more common local wild edible plants of early spring. You, too, can enjoy wild mustards, day-lily tubers, wild pepperroot and other assorted field greens while cutting your food budget. This program will include an edibles walk along our trails, as well as wild edible field guides and wild edible sampling.
