Former Vice President Joe Biden will be in Bucks County Tuesday to announce a programming partnership between the Beau Biden Foundation and Doylestown Health Programming.

Here's are five things you need to know about the former Vice President's visit:

1. Biden will be in the area to announce a partnership between The Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children and Doylestown Health. The partnership will entail training Doylestown Health medical staff in Darkness to Light’s Stewards of Children — a two hour, facilitator-led training that helps adults recognize, prevent and respond appropriately to child sexual abuse.

2. The program gets underway at 2 p.m. at Ann’s Choice in Warminster and is expected to be about 30 minutes long.

3. Seating is reserved. A small number of seats will be held for the general public, on a first-come, first-serve basis. To request tickets, visit www.beaubidenfoundation.org/october10. Maximum request is two tickets.

4. Funding for this partnership comes from The Cowhey Family ShopRite. Joe Biden is expected to appear with ShopRite of Warminster Owner Joe Cowhey, Doylestown Health CEO James Brexler and Beau Biden Foundation COO Joshua Alcorn.

5. The Beau Biden Foundation for the Protection of Children was established in June 2015 as an operating non-profit to continue Beau Biden’s commitment to protecting children who have fallen victim to abuse and neglect.
