School Board to Vote on 2012-13 Budget

The Centennial School Board of Directors will meet Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. for its regularly scheduled meeting.

Among the items listed for action on the meeting agenda:

• The school board will vote on the proposed final 2012-13 budget and authorize the business office to proceed to get everything in order for final adoption by the district Tuesday, June 12, 2012.
• The board will discuss the adoption of a Tolling Agreement with Stantec Architecture and Engineering, LLC concerning "certain claims that the District believes it has against the architect arising out of certain change order costs and expenses on the William Tennent High School Project."
• School Board Secretary Kathleen Miller will submit her resignation to the board, effective June 30, 2012. 

The meeting will be held in the Board Meeting Room at the Johnsville Administration Building at 433 Centennial Dr., Warminster.
