Centennial School District has been placed on warning status by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) as not enough students at several of the district's schools have demonstrated grade-level proficiency on state-wide standardized tests.
In a departure from the normal Tuesday night meeting schedule, the Centennial School Board of Directors will meet this evening at 7 p.m.
Students at Klinger Middle School and Davis Elementary attended rallies on Wednesday to get psyched up for the big game.
The bricks were previously purchased by community members as a fundraiser for the shuttered school.
Administration said the installation of the school's playground will begin October 1.
