Southampton Woman, 62, Fled From Cops While DUI In Minivan: Police
An intoxicated 62-year-old woman driving erratically in a minivan was arrested Saturday for fleeing from police in Upper Southampton.

UPPER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — An intoxicated woman driving erratically in a minivan was arrested Saturday for fleeing from police in Upper Southampton, authorities said. According to police, the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. in the area of westbound Street Road at Willopenn Drive.
That's where witnesses reported seeing a white minivan being operated in an "extremely erratic manner by swerving all over the roadway," according to Upper Southampton police. Officers were able to locate the minivan as it was traveling westbound on Street Road at Churchville Road.
Officers attempted to pull the van over but it would not stop. Officers then activated their patrol vehicles emergency lights and sirens but the operator continued on the roadway at "a slow rate of speed," according to information from police.

Officers were eventually able to stop the van at the intersection of Street Road and Gravel Hill Road. The driver was identified Wanda Fein, 62, of Southampton.
"Fein showed numerous signs of being impaired," police said. She was taken into custody for DUI, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and related traffic offenses.
