Street Road 7-Eleven Robbed At Gunpoint Overnight: Cops

Police are seeking this suspect, who allegedly held a gun to the cashier's head in an early-morning robbery of a Street Road 7-Eleven.

UPPER SOUTHAMPTON, PA — A Street Road convenience store was robbed early Wednesday morning by a man who allegedly held a gun to the cashier's head, police in Upper Southampton said. Police are seeking the suspect involved in the robbery, which was reported just after 2:30 a.m. at the 7-Eleven at 932 Street Road.

The employee told police the man pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at his head and demanded money from the cash drawer. The attendant complied, and turned over a small amount of cash in the drawer, police said.

The man then fled into an awaiting car, which authorities believe went east on Street Road. The suspect is described as a black male, standing about 6 feet tall and wearing a maroon hooded sweatsuit.
