Three Strikes, He's Out: Three-Time Upper Southampton Gas Station Robber Sentenced, Reports Say

He robbed the same gas station twice in February and once in June after being arrested for the February incidents, according to reports.

An Upper Southampton man who robbed the same gas station three times was sentenced to prison time recently.

Philip Arthur Grimm, 27, of Upper Southampton, was sentenced t0 three to six years, 10-year term of probation, and was ordered to pay $795 restitution the armed robbery of the Speedway gas station on Street Road.

Grimm robbed the business twice in February withe a gun and once in June with a knife, according to reports.

Grimm robbed the business on Feb. 1o and Feb. 14, was arrested Feb. 24, and posted bail on Feb. 25.

Then on June 14, Grimm robbed the business a third time, according to the Bucks County Courier Times.
