Trevose Day School and Neshaminy Montessori Announce School Supply Collection Drive

Trevose Day School and Neshaminy Montessori have launched a school supply collection drive to be held through September 18 to benefit Cradles to Crayons, an organization that provides needy children in the Philadelphia area with the items they need for home, school and play.

The schools, located at 4951 Central Avenue, Trevose, Pa., are accepting the following items Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM:
· Backpacks
· Crayons
· Notebooks
· Pencils
· 1/2” three ring binders
· Calculators
· Construction Paper
· Pencil Sharpeners

“This Back to School supplies collection is more than just a good deed,” said Gwynne Frischmann, Head of School, Neshaminy Montessori. “It is part of our mission to encourage our students to become engaged citizens in the community. This gives our students the opportunity help other children their age get the tools they need for the upcoming school year.”
