Trevose Day School & Neshaminy Montessori Students Participate in Food Drive to Benefit Area Food Pantries

More than 150 items collected and donated

Last month, the students of Trevose Day School and Neshaminy Montessori collected non-perishable food items on behalf of the combined food drives of the United Way of Bucks County and the Bucks County Opportunity Council’s Adopt-a-Food-Pantry. Over the course of three weeks the schools collected and donated more than 150 items.

“We are very proud of our students,” said Gwynne Frischmann, Head of School at Trevose Day School and Neshaminy Montessori. “They have shown great resolve in collecting as many food items as they could. It is just one example of how our students feel connected to the community and want to do whatever they can to help others.”
