Upper Southampton Police Investigating Alleged Serial Credit Card Skimmer

Upper Southampton police, along with other Bucks County departments, are looking for this man they say is skimming residents' credit cards.

Police in Upper Southampton Township are attempting to locate a man they believe used a local resident's skimmed debit card to make withdrawals at an ATM in Lower Bucks County.

And it might not be a singular occurrence, police believe.

The man is believed to be involved in other incidents throughout the area in which skimmed or cloned cards were used at ATM machines, said New Britain Township Police, which is aiding in the investigation. The incidents, all believed to have happened during the middle of July, are under investigation by numerous law enforcement agencies.
