An event to benefit a Bucks County museum was held near the anniversary of the Titanic's sinking.

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, PA — It was billed as a "Night To Remember."

On April 14, 114 years ago, the Titanic sank.

The catastrophic sinking of the unsinkable vessel in the North Atlantic Ocean took the lives of nearly 1,500 people, including many titans of the industry at the time.

During the "Night To Remember" event, guests feasted on appetizers of shrimp and Beef Wellington while a mini-orchestra performed, just like on the final night of the historic voyage.

There were books for sale on the Titanic, artist renderings, and even some artifacts recovered from the ship.

Attendees dined on a menu of chilled Salmon Mousseline, Cream of Barley Soup, Canapes a l'Admiral, Chicken Lyonnaise, Roast Sirloin of Beef, Asparagus Salad, coffee, and dessert.
