School officials said that the event allows for the opportunity for students to get comfortable on campus, walk the halls, and envision their high school journey.

The event takes place on Wednesday, Aug. 19, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at William Tennent High School on 333 Centennial Rd.

The guided student tour will provide an insider's look at classrooms, learning spaces, and sports facilities led by current WTHS students.

There will also be a presentation by the 9th Grade principal about what students should expect with their transition into high school.
