Fire Under Investigation At Ivyland Borough Gym

IVYLAND BOROUGH, PA — The Ivyland Fire Company battled a building fire early Friday morning along with mutual aid crews.

The fire company responded at 4:42 a.m. on Friday to a building fire at a local gym.

Firefighters worked to contain the fire to one section of the building and remained on the scene for four hours.

The fire company is also working with the Fire Marshal's Office on the cause of the fire.

Fire officials did not name the gym or the location of the fire.

The Ivyland Fire Company was assisted by the Hartsville Fire Company, Warminster Fire Department, Hatboro Fire Company, Southampton Fire Company, Northampton Fire Company, and the Warwick Township Fire Department.
