Warminster Man Sentenced For Having 'Hundreds' Of Child Porn Images

Authorities said the Warminster man used AI tools to generate some of the images, including ones of an underage neighbor.

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA —A township man faces up to 20 years in prison after being sentenced on Wednesday for having hundreds of files containing child sexual abuse material.

Christopher L. O'Neill, 47, received seven to 20 years in state prison for possessing and distributing child pornography, some of which was generated using AI tools, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.

Those images included files he created of an underage neighbor, authorities said.

He also received an additional, consecutive term of one year of probation.

O'Neill was designated as a sexually violent predator following expert clinical testimony presented by both the prosecution and defense. The designation requires O'Neill to register for life with the Pennsylvania State Police.

The victim's mother and father read powerful victim impact statements. Both parents stated that O'Neill has shown no remorse for his crimes.

The victim's father described him as a "predator cornered" who attempted to excuse his actions by blaming substance abuse. "The level of evil is hard to comprehend," he added.

O'Neill previously entered guilty pleas earlier this year to two counts of possessing child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility. He also pleaded guilty to theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

The initial investigation began on June 10, 2025, after the Bucks County District Attorney's Office received multiple CyberTips.

"This is every parent's absolute worst nightmare: a neighbor hiding in plain sight who utilized modern technology to exploit and traumatize a child," District Attorney Joe Khan said

Investigators determined that between Sept. 26, 2024, and May 7, 2025, O'Neill saved, shared, and uploaded a substantial quantity of child sexual abuse material.

Law enforcement recovered 694 illicit photos and videos from Google Photos and two images from PicsArt.

Forensic analysis confirmed that some of the illicit files involving a 15-year-old neighbor were generated using artificial intelligence.

In a separate incident on June 28, 2025, just a day after a search warrant was served to seize the defendant's electronic devices, O'Neill entered a neighbor's Warminster home and stole various items, including a pair of the young girl's underwear.
