WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — The Centennial Education Foundation has welcomed five new members to its board of directors.
The new members are Mike Luciani, Bob Immerman, Sandra Wert, Patrick Golderer and Tim Cirino.
The foundation said that each new member brings a unique combination of professional experience and a meaningful connection to the Centennial School District, including district alumni, current and former educators, administrators and community members.
Together, the new members add expertise in business, finance, education, school administration, counseling and law to the CEF Board.
"We are thrilled to welcome Mike, Bob, Sandra, Patrick and Tim to the CEF Board," said Jennifer Schultz, Executive Director of the Centennial Education Foundation. "What I love about this group is that each of them has a genuine connection to Centennial and a desire to give back. They bring different professional backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, but they share a commitment to creating opportunities for our students and educators. As CEF approaches its 30th anniversary, it is exciting to have their energy and ideas helping us shape what comes next."
Mike Luciani is a Senior Vice President with STO Building Group, one of the nation's largest privately held commercial construction companies. A proud Centennial School District alumnus, Luciani attended Alta S. Leary Elementary School, Log College Middle School and William Tennent High School. During his time at William Tennent, he participated in soccer, track and field, and Black & White Night.
Bob Immerman served as a school counselor at Davis Elementary School for 30 years before his retirement. During his career with Centennial School District, he was a recipient of numerous CEF grants, working with colleagues to use Foundation funding to advance character education programs and increase awareness of social-emotional learning. Having experienced the impact of CEF grants firsthand, Immerman is a strong believer in the Foundation's mission of providing educators with opportunities to engage students through innovative projects and experiences.
Sandra Wert brings experience in both finance and education to the CEF Board. After a successful 25-year career in finance and accounting, she followed her passion for education, earning her master's degree in education from Temple University in 2019. Wert previously served as an accountant for Centennial School District before returning to the district in 2020 as a Family and Consumer Sciences teacher at Klinger Middle School, where she continues to teach today.
Patrick Golderer is currently in his eighth year as principal of Log College Middle School. Prior to joining Log College, he served as an assistant principal at William Tennent High School and as a principal at MaST Community Charter School. He began his career in education as a social studies teacher.
Tim Cirino is an attorney with Friedman Vartolo LLP and has been practicing law since 2018. In his current role, he represents lenders and mortgage servicers in mortgage-related litigation and previously handled a variety of civil litigation matters.
The addition of five new members comes as CEF prepares to celebrate its 30th anniversary in 2027.
Since its founding in 1997, CEF has provided more than $1 million in grants, scholarships and in-kind support benefiting Centennial School District students and educators.
