31-Year-Old Father Found Murdered On Chester County Roadside: DA
A 31-year-old father was found dead on the side of the road in Chester County on Thursday. Authorities are searching for his vehicle.
WEST CHESTER, PA — A homicide investigation is underway after a man was found dead on the side of the road in Chester County on Thursday night.
Authorities said Samuel Algarin, 31, was discovered in West Fallowfield Township, on Limestone Road, at around 10:15 p.m.
Algarin was a resident of Quarryville, Lancaster County. He was last seen with his children in the West Fallowfield area, the DA said.

It's not yet clear how Algarin was killed. Police are looking for his vehicle, which is pictured above. It is a dark colored GMC Terrain SUV, with Pennsylvania license plate number JPG-5878.
"This is a very active investigation," West Fallowfield Police Chief Charles Wilmont said in a statement. "We would appreciate the public's help in tracking down the killer."
