This is a live public auction (no online bidding). Watch for Porter Auction Group directional street signs the day of auction. Auction preview & bidder registration begins at 8:00 AM. Please come prepared the day of sale to remove items won at auction.

IF PAYING BY CREDIT CARD, WITH PROPER ID, THERE IS A 3% PROCESSING FEE. PLEASE NOTE: OUT-OF-STATE CHECKS WILL “NOT” BE ACCEPTED AT THIS SALE. OUT-OF-STATE BIDDERS CAN PAY BY CASH OR BY CREDIT CARD. ALL ITEMS ARE BEING SOLD-AS-IS, WHERE-IS, & IN THEIR PRESENT CONDITION. ALL ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL ON THE DAY OF SALE.

ALL ITEMS “MUST” BE REMOVED FROM THE BUILDING BY FEBRUARY 18TH BY 4:00PM UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE WITH THE OWNERS. ***WE WILL HAVE A FORKLIFT AT THE AUCTION SITE FOR A FEW DAYS TO HELP LOAD HEAVY ITEMS OUTSIDE, WHERE POSSIBLE***.
