WEST CHESTER, PA — A new pub and restaurant is coming to the space that previously held West Chester's Iron Hill Brewery.
MaGerk’s Pub and Grill will take over the restaurant at the corner of Gay and High Streets in the coming months.
The property has sat unused since Iron Hill shut down all its locations late in 2025.
MaGerk's is a Maryland-based company but is well known to the Philly region, with locations nearby in Horsham, Fort Washington, Royersford, Langhorne, and Exton.
No opening date has yet been announced, and it will likely take weeks and perhaps months before the transition is complete.
The Iron Hill brand is now under new ownership, but those owners only bought some of the previous Iron Hill locations, including Center City, Huntingdon Valley and elsewhere. Those spots are planning reopenings in the coming weeks.
