WEST CHESTER, PA — Halloween weekend is nearly here, and communities around the region are celebrating this week with parades, special giveaways, "trunk or treat" events, and more.
Meanwhile, several communities have announced official trick or treating hours and curfews for Halloween and Mischief Night.
In West Chester, trick or treating will be held from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The borough urges trick or treaters to use sidewalks and crosswalks and to carry a flashlight.
