Downingtown, Pa. resident Pam Pennypack at Philly POPS VIP Reception

At the Peter Nero and the Philly POPS concert on Friday, April 26th, there was a VIP reception in the Green Room at the Kimmel Center during intermission of the Bond & Beyond concert.

 From left to right are:  Pam Pennypack (Downingtown),Bob Knight (East Falls), Eddie Bruce (Philadelphia -- No. Liberties, guest artist in the October Philly POPS concert), Sue and Chase McDaniel of Wayne, PA and Dottie and Frank Giordano, president of Encore Series, Inc, the producers of Peter Nero and the Philly POPS, of Moorestown.  

Michael Krajewski will begin the 2013-2014 Philly POPS season as the new music director on October 11, 12 and 13 for the Viva Philadelphia concert series at The Kimmel Center. For more information, visit phillypops.org.

Now in its 34th year, the Philly POPS is under the artistic direction of Peter Nero and presented by Encore Series, Inc. It is a one-of-a kind orchestra that authentically performs a wide variety of musical genres in Verizon Hall at The Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts and around the Tri-State region, entertaining audiences with its eclectic mix. For its 35th season beginning in October, 2013, Michael Krajewski will assume the baton as conductor and music director. The Philly POPS orchestra boasts a blend of talented musicians from the musically rich Philadelphia region.
