Same Company, Same People, New Name
PRO Physical Therapy, a regional leader in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation with a local clinic at 42 East Street in West Chester, will soon have a new name. Effective April 2, 2012, PRO will adopt the name of its parent company ATI Physical Therapy.
Known for exceptional results and an upbeat atmosphere, ATI Physical Therapy is a nationally-recognized private practice specializing in physical therapy, work conditioning, sports medicine, aquatic therapy, hand therapy and women’s health. Founded in 1996, ATI now has over 150 clinics in six states: Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana.

PRO has been a part of the ATI family since 2006. Operating as ATI’s East Coast division, PRO has grown from 14 clinics to 40 locations and developed a robust sports medicine outreach program.
“For over six years, we have shared the same mission, the same vision, and the same dedication to our patients. We are one company. Unifying under the ATI name will strengthen our reputation nationally and enhance our future growth and performance,” said Greg Steil, Founder and CEO, ATI Physical Therapy.

The same friendly staff, outstanding clinicians, and experienced leadership team will continue to serve patients at all locations. Patients can expect the same high level of service, and family-like atmosphere that is a hallmark of ATI.
“While our name is new, our focus remains unchanged. We are committed to getting our patients back to their best by providing the highest quality of care in a friendly and encouraging environment,” said Ralph Franceschini, Senior Vice President of Operations, ATI/PRO Physical Therapy.
The PRO name transition is part of ATI’s plan to bring all of its divisions and clinics under one unified name. ATI’s 15 clinics in Indianapolis, which currently operate under the Advanced PT name, will transition to ATI in May. Additionally, ATI’s Women Serving Women division will now be called ATI Women’s Health.
“ATI is the only multi-state physical therapy group to rally under one name. We are building the best name-brand in the industry,” said Dylan Bates, Chief Operating Officer, ATI Physical Therapy.
A branding campaign is underway to introduce the ATI name and new logo to the East Coast. ATI’s newly redesigned logo features a distinctive mark and bold color scheme. The apex mark represents ATI’s pursuit of excellence. The vibrant red color conveys the enthusiasm and energy ATI clinicians and staff bring to their work every day.
