Corinne Heim, branch vice president of the Exton office of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is pleased to announce that Downingtown resident Kristen Aylward has affiliated with the office as a full-time sales associate. Aylward will be part of the Kathy Gagnon Team and provide residential real estate services in Chester County, Delaware County and the greater Philadelphia area.

Prior to beginning a career in real estate, Aylward studied special education at the University of San Diego and taught at the middle school level. She is confident that her passion for helping others and patience will help her guide clients through the process of finding their dream home.

In her free time, Aylward enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and large extended family. She loves to spend time outdoors, exploring the Chester County area, practicing yoga, and getting to the beach whenever possible.
