Notorious Jackass star and Chester County resident Bam Margera was reportedly arrested in a Hollywood Hotel early Wednesday morning, just days after leaving his latest stint in rehab.

Margera was harassing patrons of the Lux Hotel on Sunset Boulevard, according to TMZ. When hotel staffers asked him to leave, he refused. That's when the cops were called.

A video of the incident shows Margera sitting in the middle of the lobby and refusing to get leave when police arrive.

"You're a grown adult, it's time to start acting like one," the cop said to him. "This is embarassing — not for me, for you."

He was ultimately arrested and taken to jail on trespassing charges. He was released Wednesday afternoon.

Margera agreed to go to rehab after asking the TV host Dr. Phil for help earlier this month. In a series of videos posted to his Instagram account, Margera said that Dr. Phil was the only person he could trust.

He also cited difficulties with past rehabs, indicating that they hadn't helped him. He expressed his respect for Dr. Phil by getting a tattoo on his neck, a video which he shared online on Tuesday.

Reports indicate that Margera is now back in treatment Thursday after being released from prison.

Margera has previously been committed to alcohol abuse and behavioral health facilities for treatment.
