Our Mission
Care Center Foundation (CCF) supports the needs of at-risk families in West Chester by offering access to high-quality education and childcare services and leveraging community resources to help them thrive.

Background
The Care Center Foundation has served vulnerable families in West Chester for more than four decades. We care for children who are at risk and extremely vulnerable due to domestic violence. We provide quality subsidized daycare and early childhood education for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, afterschool programs, and summer camp. In addition to classroom learning, children receive daily meals, diapers, care, and access to supportive community and social services that promote stability and healthy development.

Affordable childcare is often the difference between employment and job loss for low-income parents. Our center allows families to remain in the workforce while ensuring their children are in a safe and nurturing environment.
