Prior to working in the real estate industry, Caldwell had 15 years of business-to-business sales and marketing experience with several medium-sized companies in the Philadelphia and Boston market areas where he was recognized as a top sales performer. As a result of those years of experience, he developed the ability to anticipate customer needs, establish trust and deliver results in a timely manner.

“After my own personal and positive experience with purchasing a home, I decided to pursue a career in real estate,” Caldwell noted. “I affiliated with Coldwell Banker Preferred because of their exceptional reputation in providing sales associates with support and resources that allow clients and customers to attain their home ownership dreams.”

Caldwell is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, the Suburban West Realtors® Association and TReND. He received his bachelor of arts in communications from West Chester University. In his spare time, he coaches the Avon Grove High School varsity girls lacrosse team, plays hockey and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in Bethany Beach, Delaware.
