Michael will use crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, chimes, rattles, and other sacred instruments to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. These healing vibrations will gently shift your brainwaves from an active beta state to a relaxed alpha state, and then into a deeply meditative theta state.
