Chaddsford Winery Revs Up Holiday Weekend Food Truck Throwdown
Wine, music, and food trucks are reasons to gather at Chaddsford Winery on May 29 as guests get to vote on the best food truck.
CHADDS FORD, PA — Local food trucks, wine, and craft beers are so alluring that sit-down dining is already booked up for the whole Memorial Day weekend at Chaddford Winery, but there's still room at the Spring Food Truck Throwdown.
Walk-in seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with walk-up ordering, the winery announced. Admission is free for the event that begins at noon on Saturday and runs through Monday, but the winery said it is still subject to capacity restrictions for social distancing.
Chaddsford Winery said it has planned an all-star lineup of local food trucks that will take over Chaddsford for the holiday weekend, and guests get to be the judge. Each visitor will receive one ticket to vote for their favorite truck, and a winner will be announced at the end of each day.

The winery will offer savings on Chaddsford Winery May Wine of the Month, its ’18 Sauvignon Blanc — a zippy and herbaceous pour showcasing flavors of key lime and chamomile. Glasses will be discounted by $1, bottles by $2, and cases by $24.
