“Collaborative Consulting is growing every day and I am excited to be a part of it,” said Cowles. “We are delivering solutions to businesses in a variety of sectors, and I am looking forward to expanding my role on the business development team.”

A graduate of the Chemical Engineering program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Worcester, MA, Cowles is active with the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Association.  He is currently serving his second year as a board member of The Economy League, and is involved in a variety of volunteer outreach efforts in the Philadelphia community.

Collaborative is coming up on the second year anniversary of its Domestic Solutions Center in Wausau, Wisconsin. The early success of the Wausau office has Collaborative on track to achieve its originally announced goal of creating 200 jobs providing competitively priced services for software development, integration, testing and support. The software engineering work and the jobs at the site would have previously gone to offshore locations in China and India.

The Tri-State office has local clients now sending their software engineering work to the Wausau site and thus keeping those IT jobs in the U.S.
